A Refuge of Hope for the Elderly, Frail, and Lonely
| Where: Thailand, Prachinburi |
The Camillian Social Center of Prachinburi, initially created as a refuge for leprosy sufferers, is today a retirement home for the elderly, where the charitable and solidarity mission has remained at the centre. The structure guarantees a peaceful and welcoming environment, offering medical care, daily assistance and human support.
Here, the elderly find not only practical help but also comfort, dignity, and a sense of belonging. The spirit of the Camillians, rooted in unconditional love for the most fragile and forgotten, continues to be the driving force of this institution.
The mission, deeply anchored in the values of compassion and service, makes the center a pillar of support for those who are most isolated and vulnerable. We are committed to supporting their work because care and love should be accessible to everyone, especially in such a delicate stage of life.
