Embracing a New Chapter
Where: Boane, Mozambique
An orphanage that is not just a place to sleep, but a true home where children can grow, learn, and dream.
The heart of the project, however, also beats strongly for the most vulnerable children. In Boane, a refugee community is home to around 800 children. For them, the day center and dining hall will be open doors — places of hope and support. Because every child deserves to grow up with love and opportunity.
The Casa San Francesco e Santa Chiara will work alongside Casa Laudato Sii – Fratelli Tutti, a project inaugurated on May 14, 2024, with three core purposes: a pediatric health center, a nutrition center, and a place for literacy education.

The testimony
Spending time with orphaned or street children is an experience that enriches us in a lasting, meaningful way. For us, sharing a part of our lives with their smiles, their presence, and their hope is a unique treasure in our hearts.
